Ms. Bernardi has been part of Dr Brian’s early monitoring and intervention team since 2010. Kate holds degrees in Psychology and Human Development, as well as a Certified Child Life Specialist designation. She has worked as a Social ABCs parent coach and staff trainer for most of her career, working one-on-one in family homes, with teachers in childcare settings, and leading the clinic and online-based Social ABCs parent group model. She is passionate about supporting parents of young children with social-communication challenges through the early years, and strongly advocates for parents to be active and included in early intervention. Ms. Bernardi is a key member of Dr Brian’s KBHN-supported Social ABCs evaluation research team.
