I-CAN hub
I-CAN Hub
The I-CAN Hub was established in January 2022, at Fernandez Child Development Centre, Hyderabad. There are currently 11 partners spread across India, working across the Autism Spectrum. The I-CAN Hub was set up to create a platform bringing the India Partners together and consulting with the I-CAN Network in Canada for expertise. Keeping in mind the vision of I-CAN - to strengthen capacity in a systematic and sustainable manner by building a strong network, the following goals were identified to establish FCDC as the Hub.
- Establish a central communication center at FCDC for the network partners to communicate with each other through newsletters, meetings, and interactive programs.
- Build and maintain a virtual infrastructure through a website domain for Partner Communication and Central Repository of Data. (i.e., build/maintain a registry in coordination with the research group)
Institute the I-CAN Hub by bringing all Indian Partners onto a common platform
- Strengthen connections by engaging partners regularly to build a good rapport.
- Share knowledge –sharing ideas/newfound knowledge from those with experience.
- Receive opportunities which could be referral, partnership offers or request for support and training.
- Share information on governance, compliance, and CSR policies
- Develop and share local resources
